Shipping policy

All orders from The Curated Shoe are carefully prepared and packaged before dispatch. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and handling. Once shipped, delivery within Europe typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.

At this time, The Curated Shoe ships exclusively within Europe. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, we cannot take responsibility for any delays, lost, or stolen packages that may occur during transit.

If your order requires adjustments or repairs, please allow an additional 1–2 weeks for completion.

Duties

The Curated shoe is not responsible for any duty fees which may arise upon accepting your parcel.
