Return & shipping

All sales made through The Curated Shoe are final. We currently do not offer returns or exchanges and cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items once your order has been shipped.

Please note that all vintage and sale items are final sale — we kindly ask that you read each product description carefully before placing your order. When placing an order, please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly, as we cannot be held liable for misdelivered or lost packages.

All orders are shipped with tracking information provided upon dispatch. Rejecting or failing to accept delivery will not result in a refund, as such packages are considered abandoned by the courier. Any return shipping fees or loss of the item in these cases will be the responsibility of the customer.

Duties may apply upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations.

Each pair from The Curated Shoe carries its own story. Every item is carefully photographed and described to reflect its true condition. Please take a moment to read the details before purchasing, as each piece is selected for its unique character and craftsmanship.

Because many of our pieces are vintage, subtle signs of wear or small imperfections may be present, these only add to their charm and history. Unless specifically noted as new, all items have lived a life before you. Every order is reviewed and may undergo light touch-ups or sole refinishing to ensure quality and longevity.
